Jerk cooking is an authentic Jamaican way to cook chicken, pork, and seafood by using a highly spiced combination of thyme, scallions, onions, cinnamon, nutmeg, scotch bonnet peppers, and Jamaican pimento. It’s spicy, sweet, and hot! It is such an unpredictable flavor that in spite of its peppery heat, you automatically want more!

All jerk dinners are served with Jamaican rice and beans (cooked in coconut milk) and festival (a fried corn bread).

Jamaican Jerked Breast of Chicken – 8-ounce chicken breast marinated in Jamaican Jerk sauce. Flame broiled. $14.95

Jamaican Rum BBQ Jerk Chicken – The same delicious jerk chicken, finished with Jamaican rum barbeque sauce. $15.95

Jamaican Jerked Mahi Mahi – 8-ounce fillet of Mahi Mahi, rubbed with Jamaican Jerk paste, and flame broiled. $17.95

Jamaican Jerked Pork Tenderloin – 8-ounce bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin marinated in jerk seasoning and flame broiled. $16.99

Jamaican Rum BBQ Jerk Pork – Juicy jerked pork tenderloin, finished with Jamaican rum Barbeque sauce. $17.99

Jamaican Jerked Shrimp – Five jumbo shrimp dry rubbed with an aromatic blend of Island spices. Flame broiled in the shell and served with drawn butter. $22.95

Pasta

All of our pastas are prepared to order using the freshest ingredients. If you choose to omit an ingredient, don’t hesitate to ask your server. Served with warm, crusty bread and choice of soup, garden or Caesar salad.

Rasta Pasta – Jamaican spiced assorted peppers, red onion, mushrooms, and spinach finished in a light coconut lime curry sauce. Available mild, medium, or hot. $12.99

Mediterranean Medley – Artichoke hearts, spinach, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, fresh and sundried tomatoes, basil, and parsley sautéed with extra virgin olive oil and garlic, tossed with angel hair pasta. $12.95  With chicken breast $15.95

Tangerine Kissed Mahi Mahi – Seasoned in citrus juices and char-broiled, Mahi Mahi is enjoyed for its firm flesh and mild flavor. $17.95

Jamaican Blackened Mahi Mahi – Spicy grilled Mahi Mahi, complemented with a cooling fresh tropical fruit salsa.  $19.95

Walleye Pike – Minnesota’s favorite game fish. Prepared the way you like it, broiled with a splash of white wine, butter and dill, almondine, deep fried with a light breading or tempura battered. $18.50
